Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer – Frontend **Role Summary:** Senior Frontend Engineer responsible for designing and delivering high‑performance, pixel‑perfect web applications for an AI‑driven financial advisory platform. Works closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform requirements and wireframes into intuitive user experiences while maintaining code quality and scalability. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience on enterprise or consumer applications. - Demonstrated technical leadership from concept through delivery. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite). - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Quick learner of new languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals and user feedback into seamless, pixel‑perfect interfaces. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient frontend code using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Apply best practices and performance‑optimization techniques to ensure fast, responsive UI. - Contribute to architecture and engineering best‑practice improvements across the product. - Explore and prototype generative AI or ML features within the frontend. - Participate in building and evolving design systems and reusable component libraries. - Support a collaborative, inclusive team culture. **Required Skills:** - Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue (any one required). - Ability to adopt TypeScript for large‑scale applications (preferred). - UI performance optimization and responsive design. - Experience with design systems, component libraries, and version control (Git). - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate with backend engineers (Python exposure is a plus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
