Lead technical design, integration, and best‑practice adoption while collaborating with cross‑functional teams throughout the development lifecycle. **Expectations** - Advanced hands‑on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). - Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, integration, security, and performance optimization. - Proven experience in architecture, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. - Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and efficient implementations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, code, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and LWCs. 2. Configure declarative features (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts) to satisfy business requirements. 3. Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). 4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments. 7. Support UAT, system testing, and post‑deployment monitoring. 8. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and governor limits. **Required Skills** - 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). - Design & implementation of REST/SOAP integrations, middleware (MuleSoft) expertise. - Proficient with Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, automation), security model, and governor limits. - Solid JavaScript skills for responsive Lightning UI development. - Version control (Git, Bitbucket) and project tools (JIRA, Confluence). - CI/CD, Agile development methodology, and full DevOps lifecycle experience. - Data migration, ETL, and large‑volume data strategy proficiency. - Familiarity with Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud (automation, engagement). - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory). - Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications (preferred).
