Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Insights Executive Role Summary: Provide dynamic marketing support within the Speciality Cluster, creating and distributing content, conducting research, client communications, and event coordination across digital and print channels. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned marketing materials, manage multiple deadlines, collaborate with senior leaders, and deepen product/industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Produce weekly and monthly retail updates for internal and external audiences. - Research customer insights and prepare material for meetings and tender pitches. - Design, write, and publish marketing content, including presentations, social media posts, and print collateral. - Organize and host events supporting new business opportunities and assist in drafting content for Town Hall meetings. - Liaise with marketing, sales, and senior leadership to align messaging and projects. - Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms. - Manage concurrent projects, prioritizing conflicting priorities and deadlines. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication; confident presenter to senior management. - Content creation for presentations, written copy, social media, and basic print design. - Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale, industrial or packaging products (preferred); FMCG experience acceptable. - Familiarity with consumer insights and market research (desirable). - Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools. - Proactive, positive attitude; works independently yet builds strong stakeholder relationships. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (preferred). ---
