**Job Title:** Senior Director, Business Transformation – Corporate Finance & Restructuring
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute complex transformation, restructuring, and transaction projects for corporations and investment funds. Act as a senior advisor to C‑suite and board members, delivering strategic diagnostics, due‑diligence, and implementation of value‑creation plans across Europe. Drive business development and expand the firm’s footprint in France and the broader European market.
**Expactations:**
- Provide hands‑on leadership on multi‑disciplinary engagements.
- Build and maintain high‑level client relationships; act as trusted advisor.
- Contribute to firm growth through prospecting, proposal development, and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and project teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct strategic, operational, and financial due‑diligence and diagnostic reviews.
- Design and oversee implementation of transformation, turnaround, or restructuring plans, addressing cost‑rationalization and revenue‑growth levers.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, post‑merger integration (PMI) roadmaps, and carve‑out strategies.
- Deliver high‑impact written reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead business development activities: identify opportunities, craft proposals, and pitch to corporations and private‑equity funds.
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and M&A teams on cross‑functional assignments.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience (10+ years) managing large‑scale transformation or restructuring engagements in consulting or industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships at C‑suite level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of winning new business.
- Knowledge of industrial, high‑tech, or private‑equity portfolio companies is a plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French proficiency highly desirable.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (required).
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) advantageous but not mandatory.
