Job Title: Senior Associate, Human Resources (HR Operations)
Role Summary
Support the daily HR operations for a global fashion brand, ensuring alignment with workforce planning, compensation budgeting, recruitment administration, talent reviews, engagement initiatives, onboarding, HRIS management, and organization design. Act as a cross‑functional partner to finance, total rewards, talent acquisition, and business leaders, delivering accurate data, process improvements, and strategic insights.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance, talent acquisition, and business units.

- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- **Workforce Planning & Budgeting** – Manage QO, WFB, AOP, and temporary staffing budgets; forecast compensation costs; track activity in templated formats.
- **HRIS (PeopleHub) Support** – Oversee transaction accuracy, resolve complex issues, assist leaders with HRIS queries, and troubleshoot system problems.
- **Recruitment Operations** – Track open positions, coordinate requisition openings, salary range calculations, and TA assignments; manage temporary vendor searches and internship placements; ensure timely approvals and deliverables.
- **Talent Reviews & Succession** – Organize data, prepare reports, support presentation development, and assist in succession planning and org design.
- **Engagement & Culture** – Run analytics on engagement surveys, facilitate action planning, and champion onboarding and internal mobility programs.
- **HR Systems & Reporting** – Serve as an SME for HRIS, build dashboards, conduct data analytics, and provide insights to leadership.
- **Organization Design** – Maintain org charts (Visio), assess financial impact of design proposals, and support change management initiatives.
- **Project & Administrative Support** – Contribute to global HR projects, onboarding tasks, and general HR administration.
Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms (PeopleHub).
- Proficient in data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build cross‑functional partnerships.
- High sense of urgency, customer focus, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail‑oriented and intellectually curious with solid business acumen.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SPHR, or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
