**Job Title**
Summer IT, Digital & Data Analytics Intern
**Role Summary**
A 10‑week hybrid internship supporting Tapestry’s corporate IT, product, and data teams. Interns apply technical, analytical, or product management skills to monitor security, cleanse data, build dashboards, or develop product roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Work 10 weeks (June 2 – Aug 7, 2026), hybrid schedule (Tue‑Thu onsite).
- Complete all application stages, including HireVue interview, by Jan 12.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and clear communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
*IT/Cybersecurity Track*
- Monitor network activity and support threat detection.
- Maintain SIEM solutions, distribute security notifications, and track remediation.
- Assist with incident response, compliance, and data‑protection tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic forensics and contribute to security metrics reporting.
*Data Analytics Track*
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets for analysis.
- Support ETL, database management, and dashboard creation (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Conduct basic statistical analyses and assist with predictive modeling.
- Document workflows and research emerging data technologies.
*Product Management Track*
- Assist in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and A/B testing plans.
- Analyze customer trends and support cross‑functional rollout initiatives.
- Create product documentation and monitor performance metrics.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical ability and excellent written/ verbal communication.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, R, SQL, or ID tools (SIEM, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPN) and security frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Math, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- No specific certifications required, but familiarity with relevant security or data tools is preferred (e.g., SIEM, Tableau, Power BI, AWS/Azure concepts).
