Job title: Vice President of Customer Success Role Summary: Lead executive‑level client engagement, drive revenue expansion and retention, and ensure consistent delivery of value across all health‑care customers. Collaborate with product, data, and sales to scale impact and represent the customer voice in strategy. Expectations: • Cultivate trusted C‑suite relationships with leading health‑care institutions. • Execute strategic account planning focused on value realization, revenue growth, and long‑term partnership. • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing customer success team. • Deliver insightful client‑facing analytics and business case materials. • Partner with product, sales, and data to align solutions with customer priorities. • Optimize onboarding, retention, and performance metrics across the portfolio. • Travel ~25% for in‑person client engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Act as executive sponsor for key accounts. • Drive strategic account planning and expansion. • Mentor Directors and Customer Success Managers. • Guide the creation of analytical client deliverables. • Collaborate cross‑functionally on customer priorities and roadmap. • Lead onboarding, retention, and performance initiatives. • Represent customer voice in internal strategy and product roadmap. • Travel to client sites as needed. Required Skills: • Executive‑level relationship management. • Strategic account planning and value‑based selling. • Team leadership and development. • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency. • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce). • Contract drafting and negotiation. • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management. • Adaptability to fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Graduate degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent). • Minimum 15 years in healthcare delivery, health IT, consulting, or related field; ≥5 years in customer success or executive‑facing role.
