Acts as liaison between sales, delivery operations, customer experience, and external clients to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and drive revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Deliver data‑driven media plans that align with client objectives and Pipeline360 business goals. - Maintain high‑quality stakeholder communication and support throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Identify and act on optimization opportunities to improve ROI and client satisfaction. - Manage multiple high‑volume projects with precision and meet tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review RFPs, provide strategic recommendations, and manage bidding portal activity. - Support pre‑sale strategy and advise on appropriate program types for each customer. - Develop, execute, and monitor media plans; conduct ongoing performance analysis and reporting. - Serve as primary point of contact for advertisers, media partners, and solution providers via email, phone, and Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign launch, timeline adherence, and post‑campaign review. - Mentor junior team members on best practices and operational standards. **Required Skills:** - 1–2+ years B2B media planning, campaign management, or marketing operations experience (agency or publishing environment preferred). - Strong project management: ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Critical thinking and prioritization under pressure. - Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening. - Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and digital marketing platforms. - Detail‑oriented with a commitment to best‑practice adherence. - Ability to work independently on complex, custom campaigns and drive stakeholder conversations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing) are a plus.
