Job Description
Job title: Key Account Manager Role Summary: Lead sales and account management for approved prostate cancer imaging agent across France and BeNeLux. Drive business planning, target achievement, and market penetration within hospital and nuclear medicine sectors. Expectations: - Deliver quarterly sales volumes and revenue growth in target territories. - Maintain accurate CRM data and tender timelines. - Foster distributor performance and conduct pipeline reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute region‑specific business plans aligned with corporate goals. - Build, manage, and expand relationships with hospital departments (nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, oncology, administration). - Conduct contract negotiations, tender participation, and pricing decisions. - Promote products, provide training, and support clinical adoption. - Provide sales forecasts, risk assessments, and opportunity analysis to finance and management. - Maintain CRM hygiene: opportunity tracking, tender calendar, win/loss analytics. - Lead distributor management: target setting, quarterly reviews, corrective actions. - Co‑sell high‑value opportunities and coach field reps on value stories and objection handling. - Stay current on regulatory, market, and competitive developments. Required Skills: - Strategic planning, target setting, and execution. - Negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Deep knowledge of hospital procurement and nuclear medicine pathways. - Strong analytical skills for forecasting and opportunity assessment. - CRM proficiency and data integrity focus. - Ability to lead distributors and co‑sell. - Excellent communication in French and English; additional language a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Graduate degree preferred). - Diploma of medical visit required (France). - 7+ years sales/account management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, with proven sales track record and regional ownership. ---
