**Job Title:** Payments Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for accurate application of customer payments, managing non‑automated allocations, performing exception reporting and reconciliations, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting system enhancements within the billing and payments cycle. **Expectations:** - 2–4 years’ experience in payments, billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply customer payments accurately and timely; execute manual allocations when automation fails. - Generate and analyze daily exception reports; investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments. - Reconcile bank files, billing systems, and customer accounts; provide transaction‑level support. - Process invoices and statements; troubleshoot system interface issues between banks and billing platforms. - Maintain data integrity across billing and payment systems. - Participate in software enhancement projects; test and validate system changes; suggest continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Payment application and allocation expertise. - Reconciliation and exception‑management proficiency. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations, reporting). - Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). - Ability to work with transactional data and system interfaces. - Excellent organizational skills and deadline management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Job Description
Job Title: Propane Delivery Driver Role Summary: Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. Expectations: Operate safely, maintain clean driving record, complete routes efficiently, and adapt to variable work hours including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities - Load and unload propane onto delivery trucks in accordance with company and government regulations. - Plan and execute delivery routes with dispatch based on geographic knowledge and customer needs. - Deliver propane to customers safely and efficiently. - Maintain and submit up‑to‑date electronic daily trip logs. - Report hazards, incidents, or regulatory concerns to dispatch. - Ensure compliance with company policies, TDG, WHMIS, and required safety training. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Skills - Valid Commercial Driver’s License with airbrake endorsement (Class 3 or equivalent). - Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience. - Clean CVOR/personal driving record meeting company standards. - Ability to lift and move propane loads safely. - Good communication and route planning skills. - Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to outdoor weather conditions.
