**Job title:** Associate Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Support digital transformation initiatives for retail banking, facilitating requirement workshops, gap analysis, detailed specifications, and UAT for omni-channel solutions. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality banking services across web, mobile, and back‑office platforms.
**Expectations:**
- 3+ years of business analysis or related experience in finance or banking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, core banking systems, and omni‑channel delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct and lead retail banking requirement gathering workshops.
- Deliver product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Identify gaps between product capabilities and client needs; propose solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and produce detailed functional specifications.
- Support project lifecycle activities: create RTM, review meeting minutes, manage sign‑offs.
- Assist in test case review, training business users, and leading UAT sessions.
- Produce process flows, user journeys, and visual diagrams using MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with System Analysts and Technical Leads for integration and configuration matters.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage time across multiple concurrent initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Business analysis, stakeholder management, and requirement elicitation.
- Deep understanding of retail banking products (funds transfer, balance inquiry, product enrollment, complaint registration).
- Experience with omni‑channel banking projects, including UI/UX focus on customer experience.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs, data sync, and end‑to‑end process mapping.
- Proficiency in MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, and test management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross‑functional team.
- **Preferred:** Islamic banking knowledge, experience with chatbots, virtual agents, watch apps, multi‑country and multi‑language platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in banking or financial services business analysis.
