**Job title** Pharmaceutical Sales Representative **Role Summary** Promote an innovative pharmaceutical product and develop long‑lasting relationships with physicians within an assigned territory. Drive sales through evidence‑based selling, strategic territory planning, and consistent follow‑through on sales targets and KPIs. **Expactations** - Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience - University degree (any discipline) - Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for territory travel - Strong organizational, communication, and business‑acumen skills - Integrity, accountability, and a “play‑to‑win” mindset **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver evidence‑based product presentations to physicians and healthcare providers. - Design and implement a territory strategy that meets reach and frequency goals. - Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices and field insights. - Complete all administrative tasks—including call reporting, expense reporting, and documentation—within required deadlines. - Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators. - Follow company policies, including pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting. **Required Skills** - Relationship building with key decision makers in healthcare. - Strategic territory planning and execution. - Evidence‑based selling and consultative communication. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Time‑management, organization, and administrative proficiency. - Proactive problem‑solving and innovative thinking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree (any field). - Valid driver’s licence. - (Preferred) Relevant pharmacovigilance or sales certifications.
