Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Insights & Intelligence VOC Analyst **Role Summary:** Contract Analyst supporting a pharma client by extracting, interpreting, and presenting customer feedback data to inform service performance and strategic decisions. Operate onsite 2‑3 days/week in London or Weybridge, with immediate start. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable insights from large structured and unstructured data sets. - Design and evolve Voice of the Customer processes. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain dashboards. - Uphold data protection and privacy standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute and report on mixed‑method research (qualitative + quantitative). - Unpack consumer interactions to develop actionable VOC insights. - Build and maintain dashboards and key metric trackers in Power BI or equivalent. - Translate complex data into clear business narratives for stakeholders. - Support data collection and integration in Microsoft Azure environments. - Communicate findings through visualisations and storytelling techniques. - Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across departments. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as an Insights or Consumer‑focused Analyst (CPG or Consumer Care). - Expertise in Voice of the Customer methodology. - Strong mixed‑method research experience. - Advanced data handling and analysis of millions of consumer interactions. - Ability to extract strategy from ambiguous or complex data. - Power BI or equivalent data visualisation proficiency. - Advanced Microsoft Excel data manipulation skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platforms. - Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, time management, and organisational skills. - Understanding of data protection/privacy regulations. - Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics, SQL, or Python. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related field. - Relevant certifications in data analysis or BI (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred.
