Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide first‑ and second‑line support for Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and networking infrastructure. Maintain and troubleshoot end‑user hardware, manage user accounts, and resolve help‑desk tickets in accordance with service level agreements.
