Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Executive – Cyber Security Sales & Account Management **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth for a leading cybersecurity consultancy by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business. Leverage the firm’s accredited portfolio (CREST, CHECK, ISO) and marketing/bid support to meet sales targets while working remotely. **Expectations:** - Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas. - Proactively generate and qualify new cybersecurity opportunities. - Conduct high‑level negotiations with senior decision‑makers. - Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and report progress regularly. - Operate independently as a remote self‑starter while collaborating with internal technical and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring retention and upsell/cross‑sell of SOC, managed security, incident response, penetration testing, and compliance services. - Identify, prospect, and close new business within the cybersecurity or broader IT services market. - Prepare and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate bid management activities. - Build and nurture relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders. - Track activities, forecast revenue, and update CRM system daily. - Participate in virtual sales meetings, webinars, and industry events as required. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in business development or sales of security solutions/IT services (minimum 3‑5 years). - Strong negotiation and closing abilities with senior executives. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. - Self‑motivated, disciplined remote‑working capability. - Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity offerings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree mandatory; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. - Security‑related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CREST) are advantageous but not required.

**Job Title**: Junior Product Manager **Role Summary**: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation to translate stakeholder insights into clear, actionable backlog items. Drive sprint delivery by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and engaging in Agile ceremonies. Monitor user feedback, analyze data, and validate outcomes through UAT and release documentation. **Expectations**: - Operate centrally in an Agile environment, supporting backlog grooming and sprint execution. - Translate customer and stakeholder information into structured requirements. - Monitor feedback, validate deliverables in UAT, and update release notes. - Develop commercial product judgment and stakeholder management skills toward future Product Manager responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering backlog. 2. Support backlog grooming and prioritize items with Product and Engineering. 3.
