Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Solutions Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the technology strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) value stream. Serve as a technical champion for RTR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end process support and transformation initiatives that drive business efficiency and measurable outcomes. - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross‑functional teams, providing data‑driven insights and fostering alignment on RTR initiatives. - Exhibit strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as subject‑matter expert and technical champion for RTR transformation, driving innovation and influencing best practices. - Define, document, and manage comprehensive end‑to‑end technical process requirements for RTR. - Oversee process governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to enhance RTR efficiency and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and internal controls across the RTR process. - Coordinate and support cross‑functional integrations between SAP FI/CO and modules such as SD, MM, PP. - Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating technical solutions into business value and facilitating decision‑making. - Lead the rollout, adoption, and change management of RTR initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy‑in and smooth integration. - Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. - Mentor and collaborate with team members and peers to build effective teams and foster continuous learning. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Project Management, and ancillary systems. - Proven experience with inter‑company, consolidation, elimination, and closing applications. - Strong grasp of US GAAP accounting requirements and ability to interpret IFRS where applicable. - Demonstrated capability in cross‑functional SAP integrations (FICO–SD–MM–PP). - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data analysis/reporting. - Project management experience: ability to manage multiple, complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining effective relationships. - Leadership competencies: Team building, decision quality, customer focus, drive for results, courageous leadership, self‑development, and vision management. - Flexibility, proactive problem‑solving, and a calm, solution‑focused demeanor under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience in consulting, SAP techno‑functional support, or corporate financial systems roles focused on SAP FI/CO modules. - Experience leading value streams during SAP implementations or providing long‑term support to RTR. - SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting, Advanced Financial Closing) or equivalent advanced credentials. - Preferred: experience with International Accounting (South America localizations), OneStream, BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI), and advanced financial closing modules.
