**Job Title** Product Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead commercial marketing strategy for a new medical technology that transforms chronic wound treatment. Own end‑to‑end marketing plans, campaign execution, and product launch activities while collaborating with Sales, Training, Clinical, Executive Leadership, and Operations teams. **Expectations** - Deliver integrated B2B/B2C marketing plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth. - Achieve defined launch milestones and post‑launch performance metrics. - Maintain a startup‑style agility, iterating quickly on feedback from market and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to clinicians, payers, and distributors. - Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, content, sales collateral). - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy. - Work closely with Sales to create enablement tools, training materials, and sales playbooks. - Partner with Clinical and Training teams to develop educational resources and clinical case studies. - Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure marketing promises align with product availability. - Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and product market share. **Required Skills** - 1–2 years of downstream marketing experience in the medical device sector. - Strong understanding of B2B/B2C medical device marketing, including regulatory and compliance considerations. - Proven ability to create compelling positioning and go‑to‑market plans. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience crafting sales and marketing collateral. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance reporting. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment and collaborating across cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Medical Device Marketing) are a plus.
