**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator / Senior Analyst **Role Summary** Responsible for administering and enhancing a complex Salesforce instance supporting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Analytics functions. Manages user access, automation, data, support queue, and leads small‑to‑medium enhancement projects from requirements through deployment. Works closely with Salesforce engineers, product owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders. **Expactations** - Extensive user support and user acceptance testing experience (Salesforce preferred). - Proven ticket triage and management in Jira or similar. - Intermediate Excel data manipulation skills. - Practical Salesforce administration experience; certification a plus. - Strong attention to detail, self‑stimulation, and adaptability in fast‑moving environments. - Interest in Advertising Sales, Finance Operations, or meta‑search technology. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute routine changes to user access, org settings, automation logic, custom metadata, and configuration of objects, fields, and features. - Oversee the Salesforce support queue in Jira; delegate ticket resolution to junior analyst and enforce efficient support processes. - Perform routine data loads and manipulations using Data Loader and Excel. - Gain familiarity with integrated applications (NetSuite, Google Ad Manager, DocuSign, Conga) to support stakeholders. - Lead enhancement projects: gather requirements, create Jira tickets, configure Salesforce, test, and deploy via Gearset. - Maintain documentation and best‑practice guidelines for Salesforce configuration and support. **Required Skills** - Salesforce administration (user management, security, configuration, automation). - Jira (ticketing, workflow, sprint management). - Data manipulation in Excel and Salesforce Data Loader. - Problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration. - Ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., NetSuite, Google Ad Manager, DocuSign, Conga, Gearset). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not mandatory.
