Job Title: Head of Relationship Management Role Summary: Design and execute a scalable relationship management function that maximizes client renewals, expansions, and satisfaction across the Advisory Practice. Build and lead a high‑performing team, develop systems and playbooks, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver predictable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement a comprehensive relationship‑management strategy from onboarding to renewals. • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate a team focused on account growth. • Design and automate CRM workflows, dashboards, SOPs, and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight). • Create engagement playbooks (calls, intakes, dinners, decks) and segment clients for personalized touchpoints. • Own key KPIs: renewal rate, expansion revenue, churn, NPS, CSAT, booking cadence, and client health metrics. • Partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Marketing, and Events to ensure seamless handoffs and capture insights into strategy. • Directly engage with top‑level clients to model and drive booking, retention, and expansion activities. Required Skills: • 7+ years in relationship/account management or high‑growth sales, with 3+ years in a director‑level role. • Proven track record driving renewals, expansions, and retention. • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell and retain accounts. • Experience scaling client‑facing teams and implementing CRM platforms. • Design and operationalize playbooks that yield predictable revenue. • High EQ, executive presence, coaching, and cross‑team influence. • Fluency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) and data reporting tools.
