**Job Title:** Senior Full‑Stack Developer – AI Enablement
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑driven, scalable full‑stack solutions for a health‑tech platform. Drive architecture of LLM‑powered agents, integrate AI with clinical workflows, and mentor a growing engineering team while ensuring safety, reliability, and ethical standards.

- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including deployment and post‑release monitoring.

- Communicate effectively across clinical, design, and product stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and launch LLM‑powered agents, AI copilots, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems for user experience and workflow automation.
- Architect configurable, scalable AI infrastructure using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic).
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations with external AI services and healthcare systems.
- Implement context engineering, embeddings, and vector stores for personalized content retrieval.
- Build automation tools to increase development productivity and streamline business processes.
- Lead AI project delivery from prototype through production, balancing performance, cost, latency, and safety trade‑offs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate clinical and product requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar) and frontend expertise in React/Next.js.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and generative AI integration.
- Proven track record building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
- API design and integration across heterogeneous services.
- Understanding of AI system trade‑offs (performance, cost, latency, safety).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving startup environment and drive rapid iteration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
