The internet generation also called the millennials generation is the foundation of Gijs Martens and his team. Gen25 now is over 75 colleagues strong with offices in Laren (NH) and London. Our aim is not to be the biggest technology company, but to be the best independent digital innovation partner with a personal approach, so we can make our customers even smarter. Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Consultant **Role Summary:** Leverage extensive Salesforce expertise to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet client business requirements across diverse industries. Drive workshops, maintain client relationships, mentor junior staff, and identify growth opportunities within accounts. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or equivalent. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in Agile environments. - Proactive identification of new business opportunities and conversion into projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and document functional and technical client requirements. - Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with those requirements. - Conduct and facilitate client workshops and training sessions. - Maintain ongoing client relationships and act as primary point of contact. - Supervise and coach junior consultants and internal team members. - Pursue and develop new project opportunities within existing accounts. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Hands‑on experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules). - Familiarity with Health Cloud preferred; experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce a plus. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills for client engagement. - Agile project methodology experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, IT, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator certification (required). - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
