Job Title: Head of Marketing Role Summary: Senior marketing leader responsible for crafting and executing a cohesive brand and growth strategy across a multi‑site restaurant portfolio. Drives measurable ROI through acquisition, retention, and operational partnership while managing a high‑performing team. Expectations: Deliver a data‑driven annual marketing plan and budget that aligns with sales objectives. Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing function. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget, aligning with brand and sales goals. - Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance. - Shape brand identity (mission, values, tone) and produce creative campaigns. - Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital, paid media, and CRM initiatives. - Partner with operations and commercial teams to maximize sales and booking efficiency. - Implement and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., Airship, Toggle, Sunday). - Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to demonstrate ROI. Required Skills - Proven marketing leadership experience in hospitality or restaurants. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of measurable ROI. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration. - Creative, data‑driven mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. - Proficiency with marketing tech (Airship, Toggle, Sunday, paid media, CRM, analytics). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing technology (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, HubSpot).
