Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive
Role Summary:
Develop and nurture client relationships, produce engaging marketing content, manage prospect pipelines, coordinate internal and external events, and support internal communication initiatives.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end outreach and engagement activities, targeting priority sectors and accounts.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data and produce regular performance reports.
- Deliver compelling written communications (emails, one‑pagers, case studies, posts, newsletters).
- Execute SEO best practices for web and content assets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute two major annual team events, managing budgets and logistics.
- Produce the internal bulletin and manage the monthly all‑hands meeting agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target sectors, events, and emerging opportunities for client outreach.
- Craft personalised outreach emails, one‑pager case studies, and email templates that create value for prospects.
- Log all interactions in CRM, track engagement, and signal warm leads to management.
- Monitor response rates, conversion metrics, and adjust outreach tactics accordingly.
- Gather and disseminate product/service updates for social media, website, blogs, and newsletters.
- Optimize content for SEO and keyword performance.
- Support marketing campaigns and project implementation.
- Produce event materials, manage external event participation, and capture leads post‑event.
- Organise venue selection, supplier negotiations, budgeting, and day‑of coordination for Christmas and Summer parties.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, including the monthly bulletin and all‑hands meeting agenda.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years experience in marketing, business development, or relationship‑focused roles (agency, consultancy, or B2B).
- Proven ability to build and sustain client‑prospect relationships over time.
- Strong writing skills across formats (emails, social posts, newsletters, case studies).
- Proficiency in lead generation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo AI, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and prospecting.
- Basic SEO knowledge and content optimisation skills.
- Design skills for simple professional marketing materials (Figma, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent organisational and multi‑project management ability.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on tracking and improving outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- No specific certifications required, but familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools is essential.
