Job title: Consultant Role Summary: Provide tailored business change and transformation solutions for clients, primarily in London, working in teams of 3‑5. Deliver solutions that empower client self‑sufficiency, while taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. Balance client delivery with entrepreneurial initiatives to grow the consultancy. Expectations: 1–5 years client‑facing consulting experience. Strong academic record, excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take early responsibility, and deliver on client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement business change and transformation initiatives tailored to each client’s context. - Execute project deliverables on site, coordinating with cross‑functional teams of 3‑5 members. - Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of solutions with client objectives. - Empower clients through knowledge transfer, enabling long‑term self‑sufficiency. - Contribute to the growth of the consultancy by identifying new client opportunities and proposing innovative services. - Participate in internal coaching, pro bono work, and community engagement activities. Required Skills: - Client‑facing consulting experience and strong stakeholder management. - Analytical and problem‑solving prowess. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Team collaboration and ability to work across functional groups. - Self‑motivation and proactive ownership of project outcomes.
