Job Title: Project Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate end‑to‑end project execution for CRM initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless transition from design to production. Expectations: Deliver projects on schedule, maintain quality standards, proactively identify and resolve risks, and support the Project Manager in achieving client objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Assist PM with full project lifecycle: development, testing, deployment. • Track and report project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks; elevate to stakeholders. • Coordinate with account managers, developers, and deployment specialists. • Facilitate technical discussions to verify feasibility. • Maintain updated project plans and QA checklists. • Ensure assets are ready for launch and meet quality standards. • Monitor email sends, deliverability metrics, and report issues. Required Skills: • 1+ year of project/account coordination experience (CRM/martech agency preferred). • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms. • Strong organizational, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM data management, omni‑channel marketing, and email best practices (nice to have). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). • No mandatory certifications required, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related credentials are advantageous.

Job Description
Job title: IT Support Specialist Role Summary: Provide first‑line helpdesk support and manage end‑user devices (Windows, macOS) while contributing to system administration tasks across server, network, and cloud environments. Expectations: Deliver timely, accurate support for hardware and software issues; maintain device integrity and security; document processes; work collaboratively within a cross‑functional IT team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain end‑user desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using JAMF and Intune, including MDM configuration and vulnerability monitoring. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for all employees. • Update and maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and configuration records. • Assist in administration of Windows Server, Linux servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Support day‑to‑day operations for network services, Active Directory, DNS, and GPO. Required Skills: • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems. • Experience with mobile device management tools (JAMF, Intune). • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and related services. • Familiarity with cloud services O365, Adobe CC, AWS, Azure, GCP. • Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices. • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 2–5 years of IT support experience. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, JAMF Pro Associate) preferred but not mandatory.
