Job Title: Client Experience Manager Role Summary: Manage the complete client lifecycle for a B2B financial services platform, ensuring high engagement, retention, and revenue growth through proactive success planning, value selling, and cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: - Deliver outstanding client service and drive platform adoption. - Build strategic relationships with C‑suite stakeholders. - Achieve retention targets and identify expansion opportunities. - Serve as client advocate within product and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end client journey: onboarding, success planning, renewal. - Develop tailored success plans aligned to pain points, metrics, and usage. - Monitor health scores, engagement metrics, and proactively manage risk. - Drive user adoption, identify gaps, and implement adoption strategies for diverse personas. - Engage C‑suite stakeholders, build advocates, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Apply MEDDPICC and commercial playbooks for opportunity qualification and value realization. - Manage pipeline, forecasting, and prioritization. - Provide structured client feedback to product, economist, and marketing teams. Required Skills: - 1+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Experience in B2B financial services. - Experience with value‑selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and commercial negotiation. - Strong user engagement and lifecycle management expertise. - Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving. - Organized, proactive, multi‑account management. - Passion for client advocacy and service excellence. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); preferred business, finance, or related field. - Certifications in value selling or account management (e.g., MEDDPICC, CSM) are a plus.
