Job Description: Job title: Social Media Marketing Intern Role Summary: Create, produce, and publish engaging short‑form video, carousel, and still content that tells the Phileas brand story across Instagram and LinkedIn. Manage the content calendar, maintain brand consistency, coordinate in‑field shoots in Paris, and analyze performance data to inform future campaigns. Expectations: * Deliver end‑to‑end content (concept, shoot, edit, publish). * Maintain a coherent aesthetic and voice aligned with luxury lifestyle branding. * Work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and script short‑form video, carousel, and still media aligned with monthly themes and product launches. - Shoot and edit content using phone‑first technology; include framing, pacing, hooks, captions, and on‑screen text. - Coordinate light photoshoots and interviews with curators and owners in Paris locations. - Maintain a consistent visual and tonal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn. - Update and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of all assets. - Monitor and analyze Instagram Insights/Meta metrics; translate data into actionable improvements. - Produce compelling English copy for headlines, CTAs, and carousel storytelling. Required Skills: - Proven experience in end‑to‑end social media content creation. - Strong short‑form video production skills (framing, pacing, hooks, text). - Ability to write clear, persuasive English copy. - Understanding of luxury and lifestyle aesthetics. - Basic analytics proficiency (Instagram Insights/Meta). - Creative, innovative mindset. - Strong independent and collaborative work habits. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment or recent graduation in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field. - Portfolio or links demonstrating end‑to‑end social media content work.
