Job Description

Job Title: SAP FI/CO Project Manager Role Summary: Lead and coordinate SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) projects, from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, user training, and post‑deployment support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Expectations: * Deliver high‑quality project outcomes on time and within scope. * Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners. * Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset for financial processes and system usage. Key Responsibilities: * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Conduct business process analysis, document functional requirements, and translate them into SAP configuration. * Execute and validate functional testing (UAT), prepare test scripts and validation reports. * Provide first‑ and second‑level functional support to end users and resolve issues. * Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to senior management. * Collaborate closely with technical teams, business users, and external consultants. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and SAP system enhancements. Required Skills: * Strong understanding of accrual accounting, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and controlling processes. * Experience with SAP FI/CO configuration and functional testing. * Project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management. * Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with SAP Project System (PS) is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven work experience in SAP FI/CO projects. * Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP FI/CO) is an advantage.
