**Job Title** BIM Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of MEP models for prefabricated and decarbonisation‑driven projects, ensuring clash‑free, buildable solutions that integrate architecture and structure. Lead model coordination workshops, maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), and support sustainable construction through BIM‑based carbon tracking. **Expectations** - Deliver fully coordinated MEP models from schematic through as‑installed stages. - Prepare fabrication‑ready models and construction drawings for off‑site prefabrication. - Maintain strict version control and structured data management within the CDE. - Champion sustainability by using BIM data to monitor embodied carbon, material selection, and energy strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage Revit MEP models, integrating architectural and structural elements. - Conduct clash detection and model federation using Navisworks Manage. - Prepare LOD 500, fabrication‑ready, and construction draw packs, including detailed spool drawings. - Chair regular model review workshops with consultants, supply‑chain partners, and site teams. - Update models during construction in response to red‑lines, site mark‑ups, and change requests. - Produce accurate as‑installed models to support commissioning and handover. - Oversee the CDE, ensuring clear asset history, version control, and data structure. - Use BIM data to track and report on embodied carbon, material choices, and decarbonisation targets. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (family editing, worksets, filters, model management). - Experienced with Navisworks Manage (clash detection, federation, coordination). - Strong understanding of MEP schematics, layouts, and fabrication drawings. - Proven BIM coordination experience in the MEP sector from pre‑construction to as‑installed stage. - Ability to produce fabrication‑level models and construction drawings for off‑site manufacturing. - Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills. - Data‑management competence with familiarity in CDE principles. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
