Job Description
**Job title** Account Manager **Role Summary** Agile intrapreneur responsible for building and growing a commercial portfolio within a digital marketplace. Manages end‑to‑end client relationships, identifies business opportunities, and matches external experts to client needs while driving revenue growth and ensuring project execution excellence. **Expectations** - Own and grow revenue in assigned accounts through new and existing client development. - Identify high‑potential accounts, respond to tenders, craft and close proposals, and maintain client loyalty. - Develop, nurture, and manage a community of freelancers and consulting firms. - Monitor key performance indicators (revenue, margin, project volume, closing rate) and report to internal stakeholders. - Operate autonomously with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, handling complex sales cycles with C‑level, procurement, and IT stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and expand a portfolio of corporate clients and partnership opportunities. - Detect tenders, build proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts. - Align client requirements with the marketplace’s talent network. - Negotiate commercial conditions with freelancers and consultancies. - Coordinate project delivery, ensuring compliance with finance, legal, and operational standards. - Track and analyze performance metrics; adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical, organizational, and self‑management skills. - Proven ability to conduct complex B2B sales and build relationships with senior executives. - Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). - Proficiency with digital tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM, automation platforms). - Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and autonomy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s level or equivalent (Bac+5) from a business, engineering, or university program. - 0–2 years of experience in business development, consulting, or entrepreneurial environments. ---
