About the Company

Our burrito obsession started in San Francisco, where we grew up devouring foil-wrapped deliciousness from legendary spots like Taqueria Cancun, El Farolito, and Pancho Villa. These neighbourhood taquerias taught us what a proper burrito should be - a warm flour tortilla stuffed with authentic rice and beans, grilled meats, fresh salsas and guac, and Monterey Jack cheese - all the fixings to hit the spot. Landing in London in 2003, we searched high and low for authentic tacos and burritos. But nothing came close to the humble neighbourhood taquerias we grew up with. So we decided to bring a piece of San Francisco to the UK by making great Mexican food at home for our friends until they persuaded us to open our first Tortilla. These days, we're bringing that California street food magic to your neighbourhood - the kind of taquerias we loved back home, with fresh ingredients, friendly vibes, and prices that won't make you wince. **Job Title:** Marketing and Creative Executive **Role Summary:** Support the Brand and Marketing team in maintaining and enhancing brand presence across digital, in‑store, and communication channels. Ensure content accuracy, assist in creative production, and contribute to customer experience improvements while providing administrative and local marketing support. **Expactations:** - Deliver timely, on‑brand updates for all customer‑facing channels. - Provide organized, detail‑oriented assistance to designers, agencies, and store teams. - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Proactively identify trends and insights from customer feedback and market monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update brand channels, menus, and digital assets; ensure consistency and accuracy. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback; share trend analyses with the team. - Assist Graphic Designer with asset adaptation and support Social Media Agency in briefing, content creation, and approvals. - Coordinate photoshoots, manage content libraries, and handle asset distribution. - Draft and circulate weekly/monthly communications to stores regarding campaigns, offers, and local activities. - Manage marketing inbox; field store queries on promotions and campaigns. - Support restaurants with local marketing requests; track, report, and share performance results. - Contribute to campaign planning, execution, competitor monitoring, and cultural trend research. - Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to keep the marketing function operating smoothly. **Required Skills:** - 6–12 months experience in marketing, content creation, or hospitality environments. - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive “can‑do” attitude. - Excellent written communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Basic design proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). - Knowledge of digital channels (social media, website, app, CRM) and SEO copywriting. - Creative eye for branding and visual content. - Passion for the restaurant/hospitality sector and customer experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. - No specific certifications required; Adobe Creative Suite or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
