Job Description: **Job Title:** Supplier Performance Manager **Role Summary:** Drive crisis management, supplier recovery, and continuous performance improvement across global operations. **Expectations:** Implement corrective/preventive actions, resolve operational inefficiencies, and align supplier goals with client requirements through structured methodologies and stakeholder collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct audits and root-cause analyses to address supplier performance crises. - Coordinate crisis response teams and implement real-time performance tracking tools. - Develop and execute corrective action plans (8D, Lean, Six Sigma, AMDEC) for suppliers. - Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to ensure transparency and objective alignment. - Analyze industrial processes for inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity. - Design and monitor sustainable improvement programs with measurable outcomes. - Travel extensively to supplier sites (domestically and internationally) for on-ground assessments. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in quality methodologies (8D, Lean, Six Sigma, AMDEC). - Expertise in root-cause analysis, crisis management, and supplier performance troubleshooting. - Strong problem-solving, persuasive communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities. - Advanced analytical and task-prioritization skills. - Fluency in English; familiarity with aerospace or industrial engineering preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s in Engineering (5 years, Bac+5), specializing in Industrial Engineering. - 3–5 years’ experience in crisis management, supply chain, quality assurance, or supplier auditing in industrial sectors.
