Director of Product, Purchasing
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic product planning and execution for the Purchasing experience within a SaaS food‑service platform, driving growth, revenue, and market expansion. Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of product features, collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support, and ensure data‑driven decision‑making aligns with business objectives.
**Expectations**
- 4+ years in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
- 3+ years managing cross‑functional product teams.
- Proven track record of launching B2B/B2C SaaS products and achieving measurable growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, user analytics, and financial impact analysis.
- Experience in AI‑driven supply‑chain analytics is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the Purchasing product strategy, roadmap, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Own feature discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery from concept to iteration.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers; foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Support.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics (adoption, churn, upsell, cost savings, order accuracy) to inform product decisions.
- Champion UX strategy to maximize usability and functional impact.
- Mentor and develop team members, establishing growth and training paths.
- Present long‑term vision and 2‑3 year roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
