Job Description: Job title: Territory Sales Representative Role Summary: Drive new business and expand existing accounts in the B2B building‑supply sector by delivering tailored solutions, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Expactations: • Deliver quarterly sales growth in line with company targets • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention • Actively seek and secure new customer contracts • Consistently report on market trends, forecasts, and account performance. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and develop relationships with building‑supply customers • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations on‑site • Set and pursue measurable sales goals; track progress monthly & quarterly • Provide competitor & market feedback to management • Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow‑up • Attend industry trade shows and internal meetings • Maintain accurate CRM and Microsoft Office records.
