Job Description
Job Title: Engineering Data Analyst Role Summary: Support cross‑functional teams by coordinating project management activities, gathering business requirements, and transforming data into actionable insights. Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power‑BI) to create dashboards, templates, and presentations that drive decision‑making and process optimization. Expactations: - Deliver timely, accurate project documentation and analytics. - Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication. - Maintain data integrity and compliance with project audit standards. - Automate slide generation and reporting to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, monitor, and integrate multiple project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures. - Capture and document business requirements for financial and business planning tools. - Create templates, worksheets, and technical formats to support unit input. - Coordinate and attend stakeholder meetings, design sessions, and technical discussions. - Develop and monitor transition plans with change management partners. - Identify, assess, and communicate transition risks and issues to project leadership. - Manage project documentation, audit compliance, and milestone reporting. - Prepare presentation materials, maintain meeting minutes, and support administrative tasks (printing, room setup). Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power‑BI, Outlook). - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication. - Experience in project scheduling or administration. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Data conversion and formatting expertise. - Competency in file management, transcription, and administrative procedures.
