Job Description: **Job Title** Industrial Development Engineering Intern (4‑6 month internship) **Role Summary** Join a young, ambitious team at an agro‑food company to support the scaling of industrial operations and new product development. The internship provides hands‑on experience in production, quality, sourcing, and continuous improvement within a fast‑growing environment. **Expectations** - Highly motivated, dynamic and eager to work in an industrial setting. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Valid driving licence (Category B) required for site access. - Commitment to a 4‑6 month period with potential for full‑time employment. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOP), production standards and key performance indicators. - Support commissioning of the second industrial production line. - Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. - Source raw materials and packaging solutions. - Develop new products, product ranges, and client co‑packing projects. - Participate in production activities, ensuring targets for yield, quality, cost, safety and deadlines are met. - Contribute to the company’s quality policy and industrial certification projects. - Perform additional tasks autonomously while fully integrated into the team. **Required Skills** - Strong interest in industrial development and hands‑on work. - Team‑player with proven autonomy. - Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication in French and English (preferred). - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a BTS, Bachelor’s (Licence), engineering, or business program with a focus on agronomy, food science, or related fields. - Academic background demonstrating strong aptitude for industrial processes.
