**Job Title** Value Creation & Analytics – Analyst **Role Summary** Partner with portfolio companies to design, build, and deploy data‑centric solutions that drive financial and operational value. Act as a bridge between data engineering, business strategy, and client engagement to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality data models, dashboards, and ELT pipelines that meet client objectives. - Communicate findings clearly to senior executives and stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to data quality and governance standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data models for operational & financial use cases. - Build and maintain ELT processes, ensuring data quality, performance, and governance. - Transform raw data into structured datasets using SQL and related tools. - Create visually compelling reports and dashboards that translate complex analytics into clear business insights. - Identify and track key performance indicators to inform decision‑making. - Support data warehousing and cloud platform operations. - Translate client business needs into exploratory data analysis programs. - Present analytics findings to non‑technical executives in an actionable format. - Foster client relationships and actively contribute to project deliverables. - Manage project scope, timelines, and resources across multiple initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation; experience with ELT/ETL pipelines. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to build predictive models and dashboards. - Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). - Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts. - Project management capability: juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field. - Professional certifications in data engineering/analytics (e.g., Google Cloud Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate) are a plus.
