**Job Title**
ServiceNow GRC Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IRM/GRC). Guide cross‑functional teams through Agile implementation cycles, ensure best‑practice architecture, and act as the primary subject‑matter expert for ServiceNow platforms across ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and Service Catalog.
**Expectations**
- Provide on‑site leadership (5 days/week) at client locations.
- Drive high‑quality, on‑time delivery of technical deliverables.
- Influence technical decisions, presenting options with risks and benefits.
- Maintain and advance ServiceNow certifications and continuous learning.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead implementation project teams and support testing activities.
- Conduct workshops to capture Agile user stories, epics, and features.
- Design and configure ServiceNow UI, workflows, and reporting (including Performance Analytics).
- Develop and enforce technical best practices, standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Serve as liaison with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and feature adoption.
- Deliver solution documentation and technology‑related deliverables.
- Create and maintain Access Controls, Business Rules, scripting (Glide, JavaScript, Jelly), and Service Portal components.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP/REST/XML.
- Apply discovery methods (horizontal SCCM/IP, top‑down Service Mapping, cloud, pattern‑based).
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years overall IT experience; 2+ years implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
- Proven delivery of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and Service Catalog solutions.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
- Advanced scripting (ACLs, Business Rules, Glide, JavaScript, Jelly, UI Policies).
- Experience with ServiceNow UI/Next UI design, tables/fields, and instance management.
- Solid understanding of CSDM, data analytics, and reporting.
- Expertise in integrations (SOAP, REST) and discovery methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client‑facing consulting experience.
- Interest in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS‑RISK) and TPRM (CIS‑TPRM).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Preferred: SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master certifications.
- Ongoing maintenance of all certifications and relevant micro‑certifications.
