Job Description: **Job title** Senior Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Lead development of internal and SaaS applications, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap. Architect, code, test, and deploy full‑stack services, collaborate with product and business teams, and drive digital transformation initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end features in an agile environment with rigorous quality standards. - Own code quality, testing, and documentation practices. - Communicate progress and design choices clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain a proprietary ERP using Node.js, Express, MySQL, and Vue.js/Nuxt.js. - Integrate and optimize connections between ERP, LMS (Moodle), CRM (HubSpot), and other internal tools. - Implement features for a personalized student experience in line with the product roadmap. - Participate in architectural reviews, propose technical solutions, and select appropriate frameworks/tools. - Evangelize best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within the team. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to skills transfer. **Required Skills** - 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer in large‑scale agile projects. - Strong PHP development (Symfony or similar). - Full stack JavaScript expertise (Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js). - SQL database design and optimization (MySQL). - Experience with API design (Swagger/OpenAPI) and unit/integration testing (Jest). - Familiarity with GCP, Moodle, HubSpot, WordPress multisite, and workflow automation (Make). - Bonus: Python for AI/automation integration. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and pragmatic implementation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications in PHP, JavaScript frameworks, or cloud platforms are a plus but not mandatory.
