Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Marketing Assistant Intern **Role Summary:** Supports product marketing strategies, product development, and operational tasks for a global luxury cosmetics brand. Focus on anti-aging skincare for sensitive skin, emphasizing innovation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations:** - Implement marketing strategies for product innovation. - Analyze market trends, competitors, and sub-category evolution. - Develop product packaging/formula briefs and marketing materials. - Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives (communication, retail, digital). - Ensure compliance with regulatory updates for product materials. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities. - Collaborate on product development, timeline tracking, and retroplanning. - Create marketing tools (product book, files, evaluation tests, artworks). - Design marketing artifacts (primary/secondary packaging, notices). - Support product launch strategies with communication, press, and retail teams. - Prepare presentations, agendas, and mock-ups for international meetings. - Publish quarterly Marketing Gazette and coordinate creative/translation agencies. - Update artworks for regulatory or marketing adjustments. - Assist Product Managers with Operations and Supply Chain teams. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in written/spoken French and English; Chinese/Japanese a plus. - Analytical, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail, creativity, and technical precision. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac +4/+5) in Marketing or International Business. - Prior experience in beauty/luxury marketing preferred. - Demonstrated passion for beauty/luxury industry trends.
