**Job Title:** Engineering Intern **Role Summary:** Gain hands-on experience in civil engineering across transportation, structural, water solutions, roadway, land development, and subsurface utility engineering disciplines through mentorship and real-world project collaboration. **Expectations:** - Enrolled in a four-year or advanced degree program in Civil Engineering. - GPA of 3.0 or higher. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist engineers on active projects, applying civil engineering principles. - Perform analyses and interpret data for project requirements. - Develop design solutions using engineering software and tools. - Prepare technical documentation and support project coordination. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities. - Independent work and teamwork capabilities. - Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent. - No certifications required; software proficiency mandatory.
