Associate Marketing Manager, Country (12‑Month Contract)
**Role Summary**
Drive marketing strategy and execution for a roster of domestic country music artists. Create and manage integrated campaigns that increase fan engagement, brand awareness, and commercial results across digital, social, and grassroots channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
**Expectations**
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in the creative/entertainment industry.
- Deep familiarity with country music culture, promoter/festival circuits, and digital/social platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends).
- Strong analytical mindset for performance auditing and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support planning, execution, and oversight of artist‑centric marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage smart marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Identify and leverage viral, digital, and word‑of‑mouth opportunities on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Partner with Content Creator & Creative teams to produce short‑ and long‑form assets aligned with artist branding.
- Conduct weekly digital performance audits (social, CRM, streaming) and report insights.
- Coordinate asset delivery (photos, videos, advertising creatives, logos, website, street‑marketing tools).
- Consult with A&R, Promotion, Creative, Digital Strategy, E‑Commerce, and Communications on rollout plans.
- Analyze consumer response data (streaming, radio, media, socials) to refine campaign tactics.
- Query and present data relevant to partner accounts, artist/manager expectations.
- Work cross‑functionally with internal departments and artist management.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize competing demands.
**Required Skills**
- Marketing campaign development and project management.
- Proficiency with major social/digital platforms and emerging media.
- Budget creation and financial tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder collaboration.
- Data analysis and performance reporting.
- Basic photo/video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) – asset.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Music Business, Media, Entertainment, or a related field.
