Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards with integration to Microsoft Dynamics. Manage large SQL Server datasets, automate ETL workflows, and deliver actionable insights through predictive analytics. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality Power BI visualizations that integrate Dynamics data. - Optimize SQL Server queries and maintain data integrity for large datasets. - Automate data pipelines and ETL processes to reduce manual effort. - Support predictive analytics projects and translate findings into non‑technical reports. Key Responsibilities: - Build and update Power BI dashboards, ensuring seamless connectivity to multiple data sources. - Write, tune, and maintain SQL queries on SQL Server for performance and scalability. - Develop and schedule automated ETL tasks and data integration workflows. - Perform data quality checks and collaborate with business users to refine data models. - Communicate analytical outcomes clearly to stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable business insights. Required Skills: - 3–4 years experience as a Data Analyst. - Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard design, data source integration). - Strong SQL Server expertise, handling large databases. - Experience automating data processes, ETL, and integration. - Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and tools. - Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. **Preferred Qualifications (not required)** - Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems. - Ability to connect Power BI dashboards to Dynamics. - Working knowledge of Python. - Prior involvement in data modernization initiatives.
