Job Description

**Job Title:** Chief Technical AI Guru **Role Summary:** Lead technical strategy, mentorship, and platform development for an AI incubator, combining CTO-level leadership with hands-on innovation to guide startups and shape industry solutions. **Expectations:** Drive technical execution and vision for an AI incubator, supporting founders to build scalable, compliant AI startups while advancing internal technology platforms and ecosystem strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct technical due diligence for startups, validating business models and feasibility. - Scope and oversee development of proof-of-concept (POC) projects for founders. - Provide 1:1 mentorship on AI design, cost optimization, data strategy, and scalability. - Develop and manage AI-powered Forge Finder platform, integrating with incubator operations. - Design and deploy AI solutions to automate incubator workflows across 8 stakeholder ecosystems. - Represent the incubator publicly at conferences and media events as a technical authority. - Curate AI curriculum covering tools, ethics, compliance (AI Act/GDPR), scaling, and monetization. - Advise on emerging technologies and partnerships with cloud providers/enterprise partners. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in AI/ML, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), data strategy, and cloud economics. - Strong product leadership in building/s scaling end-to-end AI solutions in startups or scaleups. - Experience coaching founders through technical due diligence and fundraising processes. - Technical mentorship/training capabilities for both AI and non-AI backgrounds. - Platform development experience, including stakeholder discovery and cross-functional project management. - Leadership in high-ambiguity environments, balancing strategic vision with execution. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field. - Prior role as CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent leadership position in AI-first startup/scaleup.
