**Job Title**
Project Manager – Software Implementation
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software implementation projects for pipeline integrity solutions. Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
**Expectations**
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, each with distinct budgets and timelines.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality and contractual requirements.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, governance, and communication across cross‑functional teams and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Identify and secure required skills and resources; coordinate project staffing.
3. Create and manage issue logs; drive resolution with clear action plans.
4. Prepare and distribute decisions, agreements, and status reports to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with Sales & Market Management to draft Statements of Work, cost estimates, and project plans.
6. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetings.
7. Assess, mitigate, and report project risks and issues.
8. Ensure compliance with contract terms, PM standards, and best practices.
9. Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration and information flow.
10. Perform post‑mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management in software implementation (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, budget, scope, schedule, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with Statements of Work development and contract oversight.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
