**Job title** VP, Sales – Pay & Talent Solutions **Role Summary** Executive‑level sales leader responsible for driving adoption of Pay & Talent solutions within key brand accounts. Works cross‑functionally with sales, product, operations, and customer success to close high‑value opportunities, provide strategic consulting on production, finance, and talent management, and inform product strategy through client feedback. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed a defined revenue quota (5‑8+ years of relevant experience). - Deliver ROI‑focused proposals and solution presentations to senior stakeholders. - Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. - Travel up to 25 % for client meetings and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own and grow a revenue quota by identifying, shaping, and closing new Pay & Talent opportunities within existing brand accounts. 2. Act as subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor to client teams across production, finance, talent management, and procurement. 3. Deliver solution‑oriented sales presentations, proposals, and ROI cases tailored to client objectives. 4. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of Pay & Talent solutions. 5. Maintain active pipeline and forecast discipline using Salesforce; support strategic account planning with core sales teams. 6. Serve as a voice of the customer to inform internal product strategy and continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - 5–8+ years of consultative sales experience in advertising/media production, entertainment payroll, talent management, or HR/payroll software. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. - Executive presence and influence over senior client stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of union/guild compliance, talent negotiations, or production workflows (preferred). - Highly collaborative; comfortable operating in a matrixed, team‑selling environment. - Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools. - Willingness to travel up to 25 %. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). - Certifications in sales methodology or relevant industry standards (preferred but not mandatory).
