Job Description
**Job Title** Financial Due Diligence Manager **Role Summary** Leads and manages buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements, delivering rigorous financial analysis, working‑capital assessments, and valuation insights while coordinating with internal teams and third‑party providers. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, deadline‑driven analyses for multiple concurrent transactions. - Maintain strong client relationships and high professional standards. - Apply deep GAAP knowledge to identify earnings quality and risk factors. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive financial and business due diligence for target companies. - Analyze historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings/assets, debt items, and pro‑forma financials. - Develop and present financial models, working‑capital calculations, and valuation metrics. - Coordinate CFGI engagement teams and external diligence providers through the transaction lifecycle. - Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control of deliverables. **Required Skills** - Advanced knowledge of GAAP. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, arrays, PowerPivot, PowerQuery). - Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. - Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of assurance or transaction advisory experience at a Big‑Four firm. - CPA preferred (other relevant certifications acceptable). - Willingness to travel up to 20%.
