**Job Title:** Azure DevOps Engineer (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for operating and evolving a hybrid Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and on‑premises environment. Handles Level‑3 incident resolution, daily system/cloud management, and leads end‑to‑end projects including migrations, solution integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver reliable run‑time support and maintain cloud governance.
- Lead technical projects from design to deployment.
- Produce clear technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure security, cost optimization, and best‑practice compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve N3 tickets and perform daily monitoring, supervision, and remediation of systems and cloud services.
- Provide support to internal security, network, and application teams.
- Implement and enforce Azure governance (tagging, policies) and FineOps cost‑management practices.
- Manage Azure infrastructure components (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Azure Arc).
- Administer Azure AD/Entra ID, identity security (RBAC, Conditional Access, Defender).
- Oversee Microsoft 365 services (Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) and their security (DLP, MFA, Identity Protection).
- Participate in Azure migration projects and integrate Microsoft or third‑party solutions.
- Author high‑level and low‑level design documents, runbooks, and operational dossiers.
- Prepare and execute continuous improvement action plans for the infrastructure portfolio.
**Required Skills:**
*Technical:* Azure VM, VNet, NSG, Private Endpoint, Azure Arc, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Cost Management, security controls; Microsoft 365 administration and security; Windows Server administration; familiarity with VMware vSphere, Citrix, and patch management.
*Soft:* Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, clear and concise communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator).
