**Job Title:** Patient Liaison **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing telephone and email support throughout the prescription process. Deliver clear, compassionate communication, keep patients informed of status and timelines, gather feedback, and collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless, patient‑focused experience. **Expectations:** - Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to all patient inquiries. - Maintain professionalism and composure in high‑pressure or difficult situations. - Accurately record interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. - Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback collection. **Key Responsibilities:** - Answer inbound patient calls and emails, addressing questions and concerns. - Inform patients of prescription status, delivery schedules, and any changes. - Collect and relay patient feedback to relevant teams. - Work closely with pharmacy personnel to resolve issues affecting the patient experience. - Keep detailed, up‑to‑date records of all patient communications. **Required Skills:** - Proven customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly. - High level of empathy and patient‑focused mindset. - Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capacity. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent (GCSEs or similar). - Additional training or certification in customer service, healthcare support, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. - Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
