**Job Title** IT Recruiter / Sourcer **Role Summary** Identify, engage, and nurture high‑quality passive IT talent to support the growing needs of an organization’s technical teams. Build long‑term talent pipelines, craft compelling outreach, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process that reflects the company’s mission and values. **Expectations** - Deliver top‑tier passive candidates for a variety of IT roles. - Maintain proactive, relationship‑focused talent pipelines. - Provide creative sourcing solutions and integrate new tools or platforms. - Ensure consistent, positive communication between candidates and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Search and engage passive candidates across niche IT communities, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. - Create personalized outreach messages that elicit engagement. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria. - Facilitate communication with candidates and internal hiring teams. - Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. - Research and implement innovative sourcing methods, including AI tools and emerging channels. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as an IT Sourcer or Technical Recruiter. - Deep understanding of IT profiles (developers, DevOps, data, systems engineering, cybersecurity). - Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing tools, and ATS systems. - Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English. - Ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships rather than transactional interactions. - Curiosity, market awareness, and trend spotting. - Self‑management: prioritization, organization, and independent delivery. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
