Job Description

**Job title:** Head of Engineering Technology and Design **Role Summary:** Lead and develop the engineering organization, establishing design authority, managing the full engineering design lifecycle, and driving technology strategy across Life Sciences, Defence, and Space markets. Serve as key liaison with customers on innovative technical solutions and intellectual property creation. **Expectations:** * Deliver scalable, mission‑critical engineering processes from concept to production release. * Build and mentor a high‑performing team of Chief, Principal, and specialist engineers. * Align engineering capabilities with evolving market demands and company growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Act as Design Authority and primary customer interface for Engineering Technology & Design. 2. Own the end‑to‑end Engineering Design process: concept, prototyping, qualification, and release. 3. Drive innovation, intellectual property development, and technological differentiation. 4. Shape and implement the company’s Engineering Technology strategy. 5. Enhance technical innovation processes, fostering customer collaboration. 6. Develop and embed Systems Engineering capabilities to meet market and product goals. 7.
