**Job Title**
Client Accounts Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B client accounts. Collaborate with client leaders to build tailored growth roadmaps, optimize sales tools and processes, generate qualified prospects through multichannel outreach, drive close rates, and continuously improve conversion funnels using data analytics.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable revenue growth and client satisfaction for assigned accounts.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous organization, detail orientation, and transparency in all client interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co‑design commercial roadmaps with client executives based on market analysis and objectives.
- Configure, manage, and fine‑tune CRM, marketing automation, and reporting solutions (e.g., HubSpot).
- Launch multichannel prospecting campaigns (phoning, targeted emailing, automated campaigns) to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct sales conversations (video, phone) and close deals, converting prospects into clients.
- Track performance metrics, create dashboards, and iterate on the sales funnel to maximize conversion rates.
- Deliver clear, regular reporting to clients on performance, insights, and next steps.
- Identify and onboard new prospects for the agency’s own business development portfolio.
- Uphold high service standards and foster long‑term client relationships.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2B commercial development or complex account management experience.
- Strategic planning and execution capability.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) including data management and reporting.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email automation, and sales conversion.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers and board committees.
- Analytical mindset: KPI definition, dashboard creation, and process optimization.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- Certifications in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT) preferred.
